Making an Appointment
InterCare welcomes new patients and strives hard to schedule all patients - new or existing - in a timely way.
To make an appointment, call the number for the location you wish to go to and the auto message will tell you what number to press to talk to a patient services representative.
Any of InterCare's patient support staff can schedule you for a medical, dental, or prenatal appointment depending on your request. They may verify some information over the phone and will also let you know what other information to bring to your appointment, including how to apply for InterCare's sliding fee program if you are eligible.
InterCare does not accept walk-in patients. We will try to schedule your appointment within a few days, or sooner if you are having a dental emergency. Please always call first if you wish to be seen by one of our providers. That is the best way to ensure that you are seen as quickly as possible without waiting an excessive amount of time.
InterCare provides transportation services for our patients at some of our locations. Please ask for more information about how to receive this service and if it is available in your area when you call for your appointment.
