Description:

Responsible for learing the Electronic Health Record, Electronic Dental Record and Practice Management software products and providing end user training during the "roll-out" process to all InterCare sites. This implementation team member will also be responsible for building data libraries of the software applications.

Requirements:

Associates degree in computer information systems, accounting or business and 1-2 years experience in a health care setting. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and travel between sites required. Knowledge of the components of medical and dental health records and office procedures also required.

Description:

Responsible for learning the Electronic Health Record, Electronic Dental Record and Practice Management software products and participates as part of the implementation team in the "roll-out" process to all InterCare sites. Provides end user training to clinical and medical records staff and supports the transition from paper medical record keeping to electronic records across the organization. Assists in completing regulatory compliance audits and provides additional compliance training as needed.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and travel between sites required. Associates degree in Health Information Technology and RHIT or RHIA required, a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management preferred. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a physician office providing support to end users of health care information systems.
