Electronic Health Records

InterCare has just recently started using an electronic computer system for your medical and dental records. Over time, the paper chart that we currently write in will be archived and only the electronic record will be used.

This is the most high-quality, state-of-the-art way to accurately and completely document all of your health issues and the care you receive.

Electronic health records help us do a better job of tracking your health over time so that we can also make sure that all of your health concerns are continuously addressed when you are seen.
