InterCare Community Health Network is pleased to announce that it
was recently named as one of West Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest
Companies to Work For in 2006 by the Michigan Business and Professional
Association. This is the third year in a row that InterCare was
considered for and received this award. Winners were selected by
a panel of judges in a three-part process. Selection criteria included
diversity and multi-culturalism, work/life balance, employee benefits,
employee development, and recruitment and retention.
InterCare Community Health Network is a not-for-profit provider
of medical, dental, and nutrition (WIC) services that employs over
260 staff members at eleven West Michigan locations in Allendale,
Benton Harbor, Eau Claire, Dowagiac, Bangor, Paw Paw, Pullman, Plainwell,
Holland, Grand Haven, and Sparta. InterCare has provided healthcare
services to community residents and migrant farmworkers, regardless
of an individual's ability to pay, since 1972.
