InterCare has provided quality health care for migrant and seasonal farmworkers for over 30 years. Part of our mission is to serve farmworkers and their families because we believe all people have the right to equal access to quality health care.

InterCare’s office is located across the street from Family Fare in Sparta. If someone in your family needs medical care, please come to our office. We can register you and your family for health care services and help pay for medical care.

Our Sparta office can help you arrange:

• Financial aid – sliding fee applications
• Applying for Medicaid
• Health screenings including blood sugar testing and blood pressure checks
• Immunization check-ups for your family
• WIC coupons
• Dental services
• Transportation and translation assistance
• Health Education
• Other care you may need while working in Michigan

InterCare’s Sliding Fee Program

Our goal is to serve you based on your needs, not your income, insurance or where you live. InterCare’s sliding fee program, made possible by federal funds, can help you get medical and dental care at less cost. If your family qualifies, we can give you payment vouchers for medical services at a health center near you.
