Making an Appointment
InterCare welcomes new patients and strives hard to schedule all patients – new or existing – in a timely way.
To make an appointment, simply call our main appointment number, (855) 869-6900. You will reach a representative who can help you schedule an appointment for the location you need and the type of service you need. Representatives speak English and Spanish.
They may verify some information over the phone and will also let you know what other information to bring to your appointment, including how to apply for InterCare's sliding fee program if you are eligible.
Most InterCare locations do not accept walk-in patients. We will try to schedule your appointment within a few days, or sooner if you are having a dental emergency. Please always call first if you wish to be seen by one of our providers. That is the best way to ensure that you are seen as quickly as possible without waiting an excessive amount of time. (The only InterCare location with walk-in availability right now is Benton Harbor. For more information, click here.)
InterCare provides transportation services for our patients at some of our locations. Please ask for more information about how to receive this service and if it is available in your area when you call for your appointment.
