At InterCare, we recognize that health disparities exist in many communities.
Without access to quality health care, members of certain racial, ethnic, and low income groups are at higher risk for death, disease, and disability.
It is the goal of all community health centers to close these gaps and improve the overall health status of the areas we serve.
Teamwork, communication, and collaboration are how we work together to align our vision, create the resources, and direct the support we receive to ensure widespread access to quality health care for America's vulnerable, underserved populations.
